This is a piece I wrote to work on your hybrid picking. It also has a little flat picking thrown in as well. Start this piece slow and make sure above everything else that you maintain a solid technique. You want to build your endurance with your hybrid picking so just work it slow and consistent and you'll be fine. A metronome won't hurt either.
